When do you ship the item?
We ship orders every Monday, as long as the item is not a preorder or marked as unavailable.
How long do preorders take?
Preorders take approximately 2-4 weeks for production. If your bag is finished earlier, we’ll inform you right away.
Where are you located?
We are based in Marikina City.
How does self-booked delivery work?
Pick-up is available on weekdays only. After payment, message us on Instagram to arrange a schedule.
Self-booked deliveries will be at own expense, and you will be responsible for booking and managing the delivery.
Do you offer repairs?
Yes! We offer free repairs for ZALA bags. Customers will only shoulder the shipping fees (to us and back to your address).
Repairs usually take 1–2 weeks, depending on the damage.
Why is there a ₱30 handling fee for standard deliveries?
The handling fee helps cover packing materials, secure packaging, and order preparation to ensure your item is properly packed and ready for shipment.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Metro Manila: 1–3 working days
Provincial: 3–5 working days (may vary depending on location and weather)
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we’ll send the tracking number via IG DM.
